Our strategy was to make sure nurses didn’t just see another option but rather an invitation to the opportunity of a lifetime. We built a recruitment campaign that embodied the spirit of USC: ambition, drive and an unshakable commitment to excellence. Through striking visuals and compelling messaging, we brought the impact of working at Keck to life. And we made sure nurses weren’t asked to just apply — they were challenged to be part of something bigger than themselves.
